By placing an order on this site, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Object of the contract

These general conditions regulate the sale of products and vouchers via the e-commerce site accessible at the address www.sanbernardocalci.it The goods for sale are described in the pages of the online catalogue.

2. Purchase methods

The user can select the desired products or services, add them to the cart and complete the order by following the instructions on the site. Sending the order constitutes a contractual proposal.

The order confirmation by the seller, sent via email, represents acceptance and perfects the contract.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Other methods may be indicated at checkout

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. No charges will be made without your express consent.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship all over Italy. Delivery times are approximately between 2 and 4 working days from the order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events related to the courier.

Shipping costs are clearly specified at checkout.

The seller is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or other circumstances beyond its control.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without the need to provide reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send written communication to:

The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging and without signs of use. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:

  • Perishable or short-shelf-life products (e.g. fresh foods);
  • Gift vouchers and e-vouchers (see next point).

6. Gift Voucher

THE Vouchers purchased on the site are not refundable and they have a Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
After this period, the voucher will be considered expired and cannot be used or converted into cash or other products.

Vouchers are nominative and can be used only once, unless otherwise indicated.

7. Legal guarantee

The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to the Consumer Code. The customer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods without costs, through repair or replacement, or to a reduction in price or termination of the contract in the cases provided for by law.

8. Responsibility

The seller will not be responsible for:

  • Improper use of the products by the customer;
  • Malfunctions caused by external factors or unauthorized modifications;
  • Delays due to force majeure.

9. Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with current legislation and as described in our Privacy Policy And Cookie Policy.

10. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions, the court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy.
