These conditions govern the booking of catering services and the sale of vouchers via the site www.sanbernardocalci.it managed by:

By making a reservation or purchase from the site, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Object of the Contract

This contract governs:

  • There booking of catering services offered by the San Bernardo Restaurant.
  • There sale of gift vouchers purchasable through the dedicated shop section of the site.

2. Restaurant Reservations

The restaurant offers service by reservation only.

Reservations can be made via:

  • Booking form available on the website
  • Telephone contact
  • E-mail

Filling out the form or making a request via email/telephone constitutes reservation request.
The reservation is confirmed only following a response and confirmation from the restaurant (also via email or message).

In some cases it may be required payment of a deposit or confirm with a credit card as a guarantee. Any such request will be communicated before final confirmation.

3. Cancellations or Changes to the Booking

The customer can modify or cancel the reservation by contacting the restaurant.

In case of reservations with a deposit, the amount may be retained in the event of:

  • cancellation communicated with less than 48 hours notice,
  • failure to show up.

4. Sale of Gift Vouchers

Vouchers purchased on the site are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Usable only at the restaurant for the service indicated in the voucher or, if generic, for on-site consumption
  • Names and usable just once

To use the voucher it is necessary book and communicate the voucher code at the time of booking.

Once the validity period has elapsed, the voucher is to be considered expired and non-refundable.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euro and include VAT.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Other methods may be indicated during the purchase

Payment for vouchers takes place at the time of ordering.

6. Withdrawal (Voucher and Gift Certificate)

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal For:

  • Gift vouchers or electronic vouchers, as they are considered products with personalized content and cannot be reused by the seller.

7. Responsibility

The restaurant is not responsible for:

  • Damages or delays resulting from force majeure
  • Improper use of the voucher by the customer
  • Incorrect information provided at the time of booking

8. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, has jurisdiction.
